I offer it free and with no obligation because it's the same homework I'd do before recommending a listing price — you might as well have it whether or not we end up working together.
How long does buying, selling, or leasing usually take?
It depends on price point, property type, and the season — a rental can move in days, while a sale can take weeks to months. Rather than quote a generic number, I'll give you a realistic timeline for your specific situation once we talk.
